Fongyee is a child culture designer who works with experimental participatory design methods to create and shape the built environment with young people.

She is a BA(Hons) Graphic Communication Design graduate from Central Saint Martins (2017), London and MFA Child Culture Design graduate from HDK-Valand Academy of Art and Design (2025), Gothenburg. Between completing her BA and starting her MFA, she has been a Teacher Assistant at School of Machines Berlin, Creative Chief, Product Lead and Coding Facilitator at Saturday Kids Japan, and Creative Producer at Superhero Me Singapore.

She is currently living and working in Sweden, where she is expanding her practice to shape policy and public spaces alongside young people. She writes intermittently about her learnings and unlearnings with kids at radiococo.substack.com
